Here are some facts about a four digit number:

1. Like 2013, it uses four consecutive digits in some order
2. It is not divisible by any number from 2 to 11
3. You could deduce the number if you knew the digit in a particular position

It turns out that knowing the digit position alone is sufficient to identify the number.
