My friend chose a four digit palindrome and asked me to guess it.
He gave me clues by telling me, in turn, whether it was divisible by the primes in increasing order (2, 3, …).
I was only able to work out his number when he got to 13.
What was it?
In the Sunday Times, ‘a four digit palindome not the same as the teaser’s number.’ However, this wording makes it unsolvable.
