Sunday Times Teaser 2761 – Digital Shuffle

Nine cards, each showing a different non-zero digit, are lined up in a row in increasing order.

They were then rearranged to form a row in which no card was in its original position.

In this row it turned out that the square of the number formed by the first three cards was equal to the number formed by the last six.

What was the three digit number?
