Sunday Times Teaser 2788 – Red-Letter Days

Months in my 2016 Calendar have columns headed left to right from Monday to Sunday with dates in each month numbered from left to right and top to bottom in the normal manner.

All the dates on which I have meetings (weekdays only) are shaded and those in February (1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9) have a product which is a perfect cube whilst also forming a connected area.

This also occurs in another month, one which yields the largest cube of this type in the calendar. And my last meeting in this month is with my aunt on her birthday. On which date does it fall?
